So everyone should have received a KS survey. Some important things to note...

1. This is not a pledge manager. It is just a survey.

2. It is only to show your current interest, you are not held to any of the answers in it i.e. You can change your mind before fulfillment :)

3. Please fill it in as soon as possible, even if you aren't sure which ones you want. Just write 'maybe' or something similar in the ones you aren't sure about. The sculpting will still take months so please don't try and wait until you've seen everything, this isn't your final decision remember.

4. The important ones are at the end, as things like signed art cards and Matt's Merch need to be reserved. It's going to be harder to change your mind on those.

5. Sorry it's annoying you have to write 0 or No or something in all the boxes of items you aren't interested in. Nothing to do with me, just the way KS has made it.

Other than that, there'l be a new update tomorrow with some new photos of finished sculpts! We're also still deciding on the pledge manager we are using.

An excellent result, more than 20 times our original funding, over 40 unlocked variants and over 1400 backers!

I'm going to have a rest for a few days but I'll keep everyone updated with the continuing WIP shots from Kev and our guest sculptors. As soon as finished minis appear they'll be off to our studio painter so you can see some painted inspiration too!

The KS survey will come shortly then a while after that will be the full Pledge Manager.

Feedback #21 - Even more WIPs!

Hey Everyone

Humble apologies for the break in service there. We attended Crisis in Belgium and a day after I came back I was... ill, not certain that's the right word. Basically my face decided to go wrong :) Apparently I got some kind of internal face infection, bacterial sinusitis, middle ear infection, not sure, whichever one it was flared my maxillary nerves up and the end result of all that medical babble is I spent about a week wanting to rip my own face off to pull out whatever was inside that hated me.

A course of antibiotics and a 'lot' of painkillers later I am on the mend. Thankfully nothing afflicted Kev so he's been busy while I was pacing around like a caged tiger.

Right, on with the pretty pictures!

First up is Aneira, this is the Pin-Up/Artwork version. Mostly finished other than touch ups.

 Next up is Bambi. Same as Aneira. Once we get the first resin castings we'll pop one off to Tre and he can use it to finish up Thumper and make sure they fit together nicely :)

 And the last of these recent 3 is Shayda Diavol. Same stage as the first two, harder to see because of the mix of green stuff and resin dolly. We'll have resin casts of all of these soon and will start putting up group shots of resin so you can see them in their finished form and how they mix an match.

 Kev has decided that the left arm option on the Skyclad Helen (Unknown on the others yet) will be an actual 'arm' option. So it'll be chopped at an upper arm bangle. Open hand or wooden shield options will come on a sprue. So a spare arm for all! :D

 Queen Ksenia in all of her... glory? Some small modification from the art, mostly to emphasise the female part. I.e. her skirt is a little lower than than the art due to the shape of the female pelvis, although this won't look as obvious once the big belt buckle is added.

We've also sent off  a number of the finished resins to our studio painter, I think the painted versions will help tie things together nicely (The 3 Katarinas, Caoimhe Skyclad and Ksenia Graveclad are all off, and the above 5 will go off next week). We should start being able to show finished paintjobs in a week or two ten and they will keep coming a couple of weeks after the resins are done.

The survey was delayed again due to my overly mentioned face explosion but it will come soon and we think we have found a way to work the pledge manager as a private page on the website, which will allow you guys to see the most up to date WIP of each mini as we'll keep updating them. The pledge manager should open in December and run into the New Year.

Feedback #20 - More WIPs

Hey guys and gals, another couple of WIPs for you this week. They are both considered 'mostly finished', just final tweaks to go...

First up is the Skyclad variant of Helen, seen here with just the wooden spear from the art. She will also have the wooden shield option.

 And next up we have the Skyclad (Or 'Graveclad' as we'll be calling her, trademark Kev) version of Queen Ksenia the Unlawful.

The next time someone complains there's nothing unique in the minis world any more, just point out that you own a 'Dessicated Naked Female Wight Queen' ;)

In other news, our 'autumn clean' of the business is going well and we should finally be able to get the initial KS survey out this week. Our sale over on the main HF site has been extended a couple of days until the 8th November for us to attend the Crisis trade show in Belgium. And my newly repaired and remodelled bathroom looks amazing!

So whadya think?(About the WIPs, but I will also take comments on my bathroom if ya like)

Feedback #19 - WIPs, State of Play & Halloween Sale

Hey everyone!

Right, after a quick break for the Payment period and then a forced one due to my bathroom needing a total 'rip out and replace' which banished me to a hotel for a while, we are back and running.

Kev has been working the past week though, despite me not being able to, so time to start showing off the WIPs! :)

Before we do, a quick note that the 'Follow Along' link goes directly to Kev's artist FB page, that is the most direct route to Kev and the WIPs. While I will be updating them here it won't be in real time so here is more of a 'how you feel about something that is possibly too late to change', whereas there will be more of a live daily ongoing thing. Warning - Kev's artist FB page is NSFW

Right, on with the WIPs! 

First up we have the Skyclad version of Caoimhe. As you can see, we have gone for a melting/misty effect to have her still be floating high despite not having any clothing to tendril down to a base.

The Pin-Up version of Katarina. We ended kind of in the middle of the two options. You can paint her with a wetter dress if you wish due to the leg and butt showing through, or you can simply paint it as opaque. For casting purposes the arm is a separate piece so she has an arm bangle to help with the join.

 And now the Winter version of Katarina. If you look carefully you'll see it's a different dress to the Pin-Up one, rather than just a coat modelled on top of it.

 And finally a WIP of the 'Graveclad' (copyright Kev White) Queen Ksenia. The skeletal dolly has been put together and the dessicated skin has been carefully modelled on, including some NSFW parts that I haven't starred out as i think it's an important part of the mini in this case.

We're also currently running a sale on the main HF site for our Halloween promotion, and I'll post the details of that lower down but we have put the dollies used in the KS up for sale (Not the Skyclad versions!), in case anyone wants to have a go at making their own personal version of any of our minis :)

I thought for those not interested in purchasing it also serves as a nice group shot to show the various heights/sizes of the different dollies. Helen is a tall muscular woman, while Glory is a little 'thicker' etc.
