Just throwing this up so you guys know they haven't disappeared into the aether. Like some of the Frost minis they were completely restarted and we had dollies made by a very talented digital sculpting friend of ours :)

Kev will be 'dressing' them, so they'll get a bit bigger with the fur etc.

 I know that the delays are annoying for these last couple of items but we're all about getting the best result out there, even if that means waiting a little longer. That's just how we roll sorry. Despite the Winter Challenge being ongoing though we 'are' working on it as a priority above anything else.

The second Leopard has had a pose change to something more 'menacing' and I'll get you pics as soon as it's printed out and then I'll link to Kev's page for WIPs of his dressing.

As they're resin only they'll turn around very fast, I don't think they'll be pre-Christmas though sadly. They're almost certainly going to be the last things done except 'maybe' for a lucky few, we'll see.

Fulfilment Update!

Right everyone, bear with me here cos I'm trying to write this on a tablet at 2am in a very cold unit :) I'm staying overnight to get stuff done asap and the office computer literally broke down. It probably died of hypothermia. We have a new computer, a lovely, incredible, cutting edge computer ... in its various components in my house in the warm.

In case you're wondering, this is how cold it is...

 As you can see, the answer is 'very'. Now this has slowed things a little but not much, so here's where we are...

We have started sending out the fulfilment emails to everyone who hasnt ordered a delayed item. Yay :) This is what to expect when you get one. You'l be asked to reply to the email with 1 of 3 answers. 1. I have a HF order or orders, this is the info, please ship them together. 2. I have just made a HF order with the code provided in your email, please ship them together or 3. No order, just ship please. All this info is in the email, you don't need to remember it ;)

As soon as we get your reply we pack up your pledge and it goes into a mailbag that day.

This the wall of metal KS minis we are picking from...

 And that's less than half of the metal stock!

That's someone's order being picked right there :)

This is the next stage...

 We normally use blue tissue paper for HF orders but were going with red for the KS. We also happen to have purple and might use it for  those who have both cos I think that's cute :D

And which lucky person has their order in a box?

 Shh, don' tell him, he hasn't even got his email yet as I only picked his batch tonight ;)

So thats it for that. There should be another update in the next couple of days with proper resin pics of the 6 Frost minis.

Oh! There is a little sad news...

 Im afraid Tryke just wasn't liking being cast in one piece, and has been made multipart to aid in production. I'm sorry if anyone had their heart set on the single piece. We have a couple hundred to cast so this was far better to avoid delays due to remaking broken moulds.

I hope that's all worked. Bit late if it hasn't cos I'm pressing send :)

Pledge Manager Extra Info #5 - "Shipping Soon"?

As with last week's emails, for those of you who get the 'Shipping soon' email, that's not our wording (And I can't change it) it's the standard template email from backerkit that we have to send out to get you to double check your shipping address.

It's bulk sent so I can't go through individually and check if you have picked metal Frost minis etc and exclude you sorry. You will just have to take 'soon' with a pinch of salt if you have picked the delayed items.

We need to send it to get to the 'Printing out your order, sorting it into the right pile, and getting on with your fulfillment' part :)

We haven't magically acquired Frost Minis or Leopards etc sorry!

(This Halloween/Black Friday combo is why my face surgeries delay was the goddamned 'worst' timing! :) )

Hi There

If you backed us at £1 and don't wish to participate in the Pledge Manager further, then if you are absolutely sure you won't change your mind (because it seems difficult for me toto undo) then please just PM me here and I can set your pledge to Cancelled which should stop any reminder emails.

Otherwise it'll probably keep asking you to pay us shipping for your '£1 Support' :D
