The first of the minis with 4 variants, including one that wasn't in the Kickstarter! :)

Living Ksenia Skyclad was just something Kev decided to make :) So she'll be an extra option for people to choose.

I fully expect someone to make some kind of Night/Day diorama or I will be very disappointed!

Finished Sculpts #2 - Erryn a'Dell

The metals are proving troublesome to photograph properly at home, so I'm moving that process to better lighting.

In the meantime, let's keep on with the finished sculpt updates, this time it's our female bard, Erryn a'Dell...

 As you may notice, she looks a little different to the original pic that started this merry ride. She had a slight facelift after the Ks changed gears a little. I'm also not too happy with the photograph, I think the lighting has make her look a little mumpy, when in reality she looks fine, almost happy. I'll see if the metal looks better when we fix those :)

Individual pics will show her back, because she has a very nice lute strapped on there.

Finished Sculpts #1 - Caoimhe

So here's the first finished sculpt update, someone mentioned they hadn't seen a finished Pin-Up Caoimhe (Still pronounced 'Keeva' btw ;) )

So a quick edit later and we have...

 (I reckon the clear resin let's me get away without censorship stars ;) )

Hey everyone,

So I'm hard at work on inking the metal minis for an update of metal photos. That should be tomorrow, assuming no disasters befall me. (I could go into the night but even with good lighting nighttime shots are a bit dull and very reflecty, which is totally a word).

In the meantime after we posted a bunch of comparison photos last time, and they were pretty popular, I thought I'd ask you guys if you have any particular ones you'd like to see?

Any of the 41 Kev minis, they're all here and photographed etc.

(To be honest, other than going back through the updates and ticking them off, I've kind of forgotten if there's any of the minis you guys haven't seen yet, so if there's any you don't remember seeing then that'll work too ;) )

As for production, the last moulds (or remoulds in this case) have been sorted and are off. Both resin and metal minis have been stockpiled. The guest sculptor minis are still being worked on, they will be the last things to come in, mostly due to unforeseen circumstances (those of you who follow the guest sculptor will now the score).

The dreaded pledge manager is finally done I 'think', it needs to be checked for all circumstances but other than that we should be fine to get it out in time to not start fulfillment late.
I also want to take a second to explain the pledge manager, as some people seem a bit confused about it. You'll be able to pick which minis you want for your pledge, upgrade your pledge, buy other things etc and then pay your postage. As soon as you've done that, that's it. So the day we put the pledge manager out, we can start fulfilling any orders we have everything for. We don't need to make anything else, or order your items etc. We have everything currently available in already :)

People have also asked about late pledgers etc, well anyone who isn't a KS backer will have their fulfillment start at the end of the KS fulfillment 'other' than any late minis like the guest sculptor ones. All KS backers will get priority. My guess is late pledge fulfillment won't start until the end of August at least.

I think that's everything, I'll check back on the comments through the night and in the morning and we'll sort out the comparison shots for the update after the metal one :)
