Right everyone, battle stations!

Backerkit had, and I kid you not, simply forgotten to set us live! :D

It was due to the switch in project handlers because of Essen. So while I thought the back and fore about small details was relevant to being live they thought we were just chatting *grin*

As luck would have it, I'm sleeping at the unit tonight to break the back of the Halloween promotion but as soon as I'm home tomorrow, I'l double check everything one last time and start sending to everyone. 

I'll send another update first, explaining how we're handling it (short version, we'll be ''locking it down' every week to charge cards etc and then turning it back on. Probably every sunday).

I also updated the big picture thread with a multipart listing on the comments.

Ok people, I immediately got like a hundred replies saying an emphatic yes so we're doing it.

All the Skyclads are censored here, as you don't get a choice about this arriving in your inbox 'however' they are not censored on the Pledge Manager so I guess that makes our Pledge Manager NSFW! We'll warn people again as we can.

Here's all the minis in a row...
 

 And I'll include them here even though they won't be finished for another week or so...

 *Whew* That's it! Everything else is on the Pledge Manager as normal.

Pledge Manager Question

Allo people,

Right, while I sit awaiting the red light to turn green (Ticket in with them and they're 8 hours behind so it's still middle of the work day over there) we have realised last minute that something is going to be an annoyance for you guys and I am looking for feedback on what you'd prefer the solution to be...

Right, how the initial part of the pledge manager will work is you will log in, and be told your pledge level (You will also be given the option to switch your pledge level).

If it's a pledge level with choices, i.e. any 6 or any 12, you will then get to select them from a drop down list.

'However' there's no way to add photos to the drop down. Al the photos are in the next step, add-ons. As daft as it sounds, I haven't noticed it as an issue because of course I know what all the minis are so it didn't register.

You 'can' go back into your pledge and change your answers before finalising and checking out, it' son the basket/shipping page but it's still a bit of an annoyance as the first thing you see.

So would you like me to do an update here with 'all' the mini images on, on 1 giant page? So you can have it open in a separate tab maybe and use as a check?

I could also set up a private page on the HF website for much the same thing but I think an update here is possible easier, if spammier to scroll through?

Frost Queen Katarina WIP

Hey Guys and Gals,

A few of you were a bit worried that the recent update would mean some kind of further extended delay. Now that's partly my fault because I didn't give too much info, but that was 'only' because I didn't actually have any :) I didn't wanna make any promises we couldn't keep etc but I, of course, left myself open to people worrying about extra 'months' etc.

So just to let you know some more details. Frost Queen Katarina, Aenglish Glory and Frost Shayda are being completely redone by Kev. Frost Mage Matthias, Frost Princess Aneira and Frost Shaman Boudi are in hand and just need some fixing up.

To alleviate some worries we're going to keep you solidly updated over the following days, and you can also follow Kev's page over at his FB page.

Starting with the newest WIP of Frost Queen Katarina...

 So, hopefully you can see this isn't going to take months or anything to fix. It isn't going to be 'days' or anything either as of course they have to go through resin and metal moulding but our production partners are on standby to fasttrack it for us.

Also, I'm writing this at 5 something am, so you know it's not just the sculpting half of HF working hard to get this sorted asap ;)

Good News, Bad News!

Hey Everyone

I'll do the good news first. The Pledge Manager is back on track and being rolled out. If you haven't received it within the week, check back here for any comments from us that may explain why and if there's none, let us know.

With that in mind, our Halloween promotion on the regular Hasslefree site ends this Sunday. So if you wanted to take advantage of it and have your order shipped with your pledge then you only have until then to do so.

The procedure for that is to make the order as normal, write 'KICKSTARTER' in the comments on the order and we will sort you out for the double postage manually.

The bad news is there may be a longer delay on the Frost variants than hoped. Nothing we can do about that right now and we are on fixing it as fast as possible.

It does mean that 3 of the minis on the Pledge Manager will just have artwork instead of a WIP or a green etc. I'm sorry about that, we will keep everyone updated through the next week/s about it.

So, yeah, about that stress?
