For those who made Halloween Orders from HF

If you did not make a Halloween order from the HF site to be included with your pledge, ignore this update :)
If you did, then no, it hasn't been shipped. I just accidentally marked a batch as shipped when in fact they were just picked and put to one side (for inventory purposes). Everything is fine and your orders will still be shipped together etc.
My bad sorry, I'm very tired!

There seems to be a glitch with 'Mythic Helen', for some reason it's not showing up in the list after you have selected it. I have a ticket in to try and resolve this.
If you'd like to wait until it's resolved that's fine, but if you want to go ahead anyway or you have already finished the pledge manager and Mythic Helen was one of your choices, wait until the next update and we will let you know what to do (It may resolve itself with the fix or we may need to manually add her to your pledges). You will not lose out on a mini! :)
Also yes the formatting isn't great in the check page, as it's listing the questions, and therefore the picks, in alphabetical order. Sorry, that's a feature of the software not us!
You can just PM us here for any such issues though, and we will be emailing everyone before their pledge goes out with a double check.

Mythic Helen should now show up as normal!
It also shows up as normal for us at our end etc so no need to manually change anything. She should also show up as normal in your confirmation emails.
Our first issue resolved! :)
There is seemingly nothing I can do about the formatting of add on questions sorry. For those of you ordering multiples of pledges, it's just gonna be slightly annoying. However you are saving the most money so keep that in mind while selecting dozens of minis from drop downs :)
(I am looking into the dreaded 'one of them all' option, but it's a pain, something to do for the next couple hours though! Not like I have a hundred pledge manager questions to answer :)) Also it won't help you guys anyway as you'll have already selected your pledge miniatures so won't want 'one of everything', it's way too complicated to add 'one of everything' pledge levels though I think...

The Pledge Manager Rollout is HERE!

Right then people, listen up! :)
I am rolling out the pledge manager starting tonight, I am doing it in batches so don't worry if you didn't receive it immediately after this update. You will soon enough.
Here are the things you should know!
1. If you pay the final total by Paypal, it will be collected immediately and you will be considered locked down.
2. If you pay by Card it will be collected when we manually 'lock it down' We will be doing that weekly, on Sundays probably (and then immediately re-opening it) just to charge cards in batches and keep fulfillment going rather than all at once.
3. You will 'not' be able to see the miniatures when you are asked to select them for your pledge level, the selection is a drop down menu and we are unable to add photos to that. There is a full photo list HERE (And in the comments I have mentioned which minis are multi-part). Also you 'will' be able to re-select you choices from the store, as long as you don't check out and pay.
4. If you do make a mistake, or just wish to change your choice after you have paid, that shouldn't be an issue as long as your pledge hasn't shipped. Just let us know :)
5. IMPORTANT - When your pledge is ready to ship, you will receive an email from us, asking if you would like a free delivery code for the HF website to include an order with your pledge. You 'must' answer, as we will be holding your pledge for it.
5b. ALSO IMPORTANT - If you have already made a 'Kickstarter' order during the Halloween promotion, you will just get a slightly amended email. You still need to answer.
5. The Manager will be open into the New Year.
6. Certain miniatures will incur a delay in fulfillment as they are still in production. They are the metal version of all 5 Frost Variants, Aenglish Glory and Shamanic Boudi (Resin versions are not delayed). Also the Snow Leopards and the metal Desolation base. The final items incurring a delay will be signed cards and and of Matt's Merch, as they will be shipped to us in batches too. You will be kept informed of the delay times via updates here on the KS or via the pledge manager (or both).
7. If you were on a 'dozen' pledge at the end of the Kickstarter, you 'should' see that you are eligible for the Bakers Dozen unlock. You should also see extra Bakers Dozen pledges available for you to purchase. If you think you should and don't, let us know. If you weren't on a 'dozen' pledge at the end of the Kickstarter, then ignore this whole paragraph *grin*
8. Please double check your address and details when filling them in. We can't be held responsible for manual shipping errors I'm afraid.
9. We will also be rolling out the Pledge Manager for late pledgers, if you wanted to let your friends know that's fine. We'll do a full HF newsletter for it and link it in a KS update for you guys to share :) Late pledgers will always be fulfilled after all original Kickstarter backers who have locked down their pledges have been fulfilled (except those incurring a delay from point 6)
10. Thank you everyone, very much, for your patience, even Leon ;), This has been a bit of a bumpier road than we'd have liked, mostly thanks to my face turning into a pain factory for the better part of a year. We very much appreciate you sticking with us, and now that we have found all the potholes, the next one will be all the smoother :D

Ok, the first small issue we have noticed is that the 'Switch Pledge Level' option is very small.
Nothing we can do about that sorry, but if you do want to switch your pledge level, say from the 6 minis to the 12, then it's on the very first page right under 'Get Started'.
Also, if you made a Halloween order from HF to be included with your KS then there's no comments box or anything to remind us. We will be matching them ourselves and everyone will get an email when their pledge is ready to shop anyway so if we miss you just remind us there - or you can PM us via the KS and let us know your HF order number etc.
I will keep updating with any new feedback :)
